How to: Analyse Conflicts
After defining Conflicts the system lists al the conflicts and the user can analyze the conflicts. To analyze conflicts To analyze permissions go to Departments – Compliance – Security – Authorization Monitoring. Then click on ‘Analysis Permissions’ under tasks.
To analysis Conflicts, you must follow the following steps:
- First, set the desired field under the heading ‘General’. The Standard Competence Filter is important because it can be used to analysis a specific Competence. If it is empty then all Standard Competences will be analysed.
- You can also choose to specify your analysis by clicking check boxes, such as calculate with Excluded Permission Sets (e.g. results from user with SUPER Permissions).
- When you have set up everything, Click on ‘Calculate’. Dynamics will now analyse the permissions.
- After running the analysis you will see an overview of all results.
